GENERAL

Open edition prints are borderless and digitally signed

Limited edition prints are hand signed and come with a 1 cm border

Please be aware colours may vary a little bit based on your computer display

All prints ship in tubes

SHIPPING

Update: Due to the pandemic shipping times are taking longer than usual to arrive at destinations so arrival times are only estimates. Orders to Australia and New Zealand are, at times, taking a number of months to arrive.

Please allow approximately 1 week from order to dispatch

I have automatic shipping set up for North America and U.K., Australia and New Zealand. Please email me at info@piperdavis.com if you live somewhere else and would like to order.

Limited edition prints and originals are normally shipped through Royal Mail with tracking until they leave the U.K., signature required where available, and insurance.

Open edition prints are shipped from my partners closest to you depending on availability for quicker arrival time.

Please make sure someone is available to receive your package for limited edition prints and originals as your signature is required.

International orders (from the U.K.) usually take 4-6 weeks from order to delivery. Please keep in mind that packages can get stuck in customs at times so this is an estimate.  

Orders in the UK usually take 2 weeks from order to arrival at destination.

 

CUSTOMS FEES AND VAT

Orders may be subject to tax and customs charges so please make sure you know the customs rules in your country before ordering.

Please note that any additional customs duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. 

I do not collect VAT so if you live in the E.U. or U.K. you may be charged if your order is crossing a border. (Open edition prints are usually sent from the EU, U.S., Canada or Australia depending on where you live. Limited edition prints are sent from the U.K.)

 

PACKAGE LIABILITY

Limited Edition Prints and Original Art: 

I hold no responsibility for lost or stolen packages once I have handed them off to postal services as they are all sent with appropriate Royal Mail Insurance to be claimed by the recipient.

Please do not accept a damaged package that requires a signature. If you decide to accept a damaged package, it should be noted beside your signature on the delivery form. If the contents of your package are damaged take photos of the contents, retain the original packaging, and fill out a ticket with Royal Mail or the delivery courier. You can also email me and I will do my best to assist.

Open Edition Prints and Other Merchandise:

For any item delivered damaged please send a photo of the damage and send it to info@piperdavis.com. I will arrange for a replacement.

For any lost or stolen order please fill out a ticket with the mail or courrier service.

 

RETURNS

 

Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate refunds or exchanges.

Please ensure your address details are correct as I cannot change them once an order has been processed.

If an order arrives that is incorrect, please email me so I can sort it out.

 

LOCAL PICKUP

 

Please email me if you are in London U.K. for availability.

 

COMISSION

 

I am not currently taking commissions.

I retain all rights to my artwork. Buying a piece of art or print does not grant any reproduction rights including the creation of NFTs.
